The 2009 Nottinghamshire STARS awards were sponsored by Third STARS awards 2008 A glittering ceremony was held on 22 May at Crowne Plaza Nottingham. 300 people attended the event, compered by Lucy Kite of ITV Central. Entertainment was provided by Star Wars characters from the 99th Imperial Garrison who greeted guests on arrival. To see photos of the evening click here. Second STARS awards 2007 The winners were announced on 17 May at the stunning Colwick Hall Hotel. The compere for the evening was Sameena Ali-Khan from ITV Central. Each of the 37 finalists were nominated by colleagues or fellow students for going that extra mile to ensure a top quality service and visitor experience. Nottinghamshire STARS awards 2006 The first STARS awards sent out a strong message about our industry as a whole, and raised awareness of the commitment we're making towards individual and skills development.
